-a means of enabling value co-creation by facilitating outcomes that consumers who want to achieve, without the customer having to manage specific cost and risks.

-a configuration of an organization resourece desighed to offer value for a consumer.
3. service offering
-a formal description of one or more services changed to address the needs of a target consumption group.
-goods, access to resources, service actions
4. service relationship
-a cooperation between a service provider and service consumer.
5. service provision
-activities performed by an organization to provide services.
6. service relationship management
-Joint activities perfomed by a service provide and a service consumer to ensure continual value co-creation based on agreed and available service offerings.

1) Cost
-the amount of monecy spent on a specific activity or resource.
2) Risk
-the possible event that could cause harm or loss, or make it more difficult to achieve objectives.

1) Utility (효용)
-the functionality offered by a product or service to meet a particular need.
-'what the service does' = 'fit for purpose'
2) Warranty (보증)
-assurance that product or service will meet agreed requirements
-'how the service perform' = 'fit for use'
