SVC feature Description
 guiding principles 일관성, 효과적, 효율적 수행 보장 방안 제공 -recommendations that can guide an organization in all circumstances, regardless of changes in its goals, stragegies, type of work, management structure.
-guiding principles assures that the organization performs in a consistent, effective, efficient way **
governace R&R, organization structure -the means by whick an organization is directed and controlled, (reported.) **
-governance is based on a consistent set of guiding principles.
-governance enables that the organization to ensure that its operation are always aligned with its strategy.
Service value chain operating model (6 key activities) -a set of interconnected activities that an organization performs to deliver a valuable product or service to its consumers and to facilitate value realization. **
-SVC provides an operating model for service provider that covers six key activities, applying practices to continually improve the enabled values.

-a set of organization resources designed for performing work or accomplishing an objectives.

continual improvement PDCA -a recurring organization activity performed at all levels to ensure that an organization's performance continually meets stakeholder's expections.
